| Abstract | Land use change from forest to agricultural land, housing and industry is a reality of the matter in line with the increase in the number population. To Sumberjaya, for example, coffee growing areas and widespread otherwise rapidly shrinking forest areas. Public perceptions about growing land use today is that if the forest converted to plantations (including a coffee plantation) or land other agricultural, forest function in regulating water system and erosion control will decrease drastically, so different from the peak water discharge and base flow will widening and erosion will double. Thus forest has been turned into plantations or have changed into production areas need to be reforested. |
