STATUS OF MANAGEMENT KEY TASKS

a) Request for payments for implementation protocols: written requests handed to Ken in Prague. Action pending.

j) Finalize web-based tool: Sandra will do, based on final version of Impl. Protocols.

k) Finalize GANTT chart: Sandra will do, based on (j)

q) Requests for final payments: are ready. I will hand carry those to Washington.

DATA DOCUMENTATION AND POSTING  [Extracted from T.Tomich 11/18/2003]

Our understanding is that the main products to be posted will be products of synthetic analyses rather than primary datasets. When the project is complete, we can take that website public, so we cannot post proprietary data. I'd propose the following three complementary procedures to complete this aspect of the project:

1) Kate and Ellen, Jeff, Meine and David: please coordinate with Sandra to post final products and data documentation. Kate and Ellen have been doing an exemplary job of this all along.

2) Kate and Stan, Ellen and Charlie, Jeff, Meine (and David): in addition to the above, please each bring several CDs with complete documentation and products to the Washington meetings. Ken will need one. I'd like to take one back with me to make sure we have final versions to post on the web. My guess is that other teams may like to have copies to - so would suggest making a CD for each counterpart team. 3) The various maps, figures and other synthetic products also:

a) can be posted on the ASB website (in our 'gallery' and/or our publications database)

b) can be posted on your own websites, with a link to the ASB site

c) or both. Please let Sandra and me know what you prefer.
